The culminative event of the Expo 2022 is a meeting between selected women entrepreneurs and investors – Expo Capital Quest. As a concluding part of Expo journey, selected 24 women (2 per each country/territory) will meet with business angel investors in Istanbul, Türkiye and pitch their businesses to them.
At a pitching session, an alternating jury panel of investors will provide feedback and investment leads for the selected entrepreneurs.
Women entrepreneurs who:
*have attended the bootcamp
*had a booth at the virtual Expo event
*underwent Expo mentorship programme
*have ability to produce regular quantities /qualities of products/deliver services continuously
*are looking for investments
*have a potential to scale up the business
*Person who will pitch should speak English.
In case the investor sees any investment opportunity, they can ask for a follow-up meeting with the entrepreneur.
The investor and/or her/his team can offer them further mentorship with the possibility to invest in the future;.
The investor can introduce them to their networks.
The investor can provide comprehensive and valuable feedback
