Ecem Altıok manages Venture Capital (VC) and Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) investment and portfolio management activities at Yıldız Ventures, Gözde Tech Ventures and Yıldız Holding. She is mainly responsible for investing in VC funds and start-ups in retail and food technologies and evaluating industry-independent early-stage technology investments under Gözde Tech Ventures. He is involved in the senior financial and strategic management of incubators under the CVC portfolio and in M&A and Strategy activities at Yıldız Holding. Ecem previously held M&A advisory and financing roles at London and Istanbul-based commercial bank Dome Group.

Prior to Dome Group, he worked as an Investment Specialist at Khazanah Turkey Regional Office, Malaysian Government's Wealth Fund, and worked as a direct partner, covering technology, retail, food, insurance, education, airport and fund investments in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey regions. and was responsible for initiating and facilitating fund investments. Prior to Khazanah, Ecem gave M&A consultancy services to buyers and sellers at Unlu&Co. She started her professional career at PwC Turkey. Ecem holds a BA from Koç University, Department of Business Administration.
