Bilge Sezer Kayaoglu is a specialist in implementing SME support programs. She has 15 years of experience in helping SMEs to grow their businesses.
Bilge has been working at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for 10 years, executing advisory, training and mentoring programs for SMEs. Since 2014, she has been implementing Women in Business (WIB) Program that reached out more than 20,000 women. One of her expertise areas is one to one and group advisory projects of SMEs in strategy, marketing, organizational, operational and IT business needs. She is also focused in mentoring part of WIB where women mentors and mentees are matched to work on a specific goal.
Before EBRD, she worked for Trabzon ABIGEM (European Turkish Business Development Center) for 4 years, providing management consultancy services to SMEs. She gained regional knowledge and
experience in the mission. Bilge has a BS in engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2002.
