Sona Grigoryan is the business development director at CIVITTA AM, focused on investment advisory and performance management practice. She has over 15 years of experience in advisory in complex investment transactions, strategy development, leading projects for company performance improvement in Armenia and CIS countries. She is a trainer and a coach to many local startups, helping the companies grow.
Sona is an affiliate member of ACCA, has a master’s degree from Yerevan State Institute of Economics, has been trained at Stanford University in technology entrepreneurship (STVP program) and at London-based 2GC Consultancy in performance management.
