Oltac Unsal is an investor with over 100 tech startups and a recent focus on web3. He is a senior advisor to the United Nations and the World Bank, and the founder of Stanford DAO.

Oltac co-founded five semiconductor and software companies in Silicon Valley, and held a variety of executive positions with Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse.

He holds an MBA from Stanford University, BA in Economics, Politics and Philosophy from Whitman College, and pursued Intellectual Property LLM at UW Law School.
