Passionate about innovations that can positively impact people lives, Béatrice started her journey at L'Oréal in France 20 years ago before pursuing her career abroad developing brands and teams in Australia, Belgium, Canada and in the United Kingdom & Ireland where she successfully led the deep transformation of the L’Oréal Professional Products Division. With previous professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital, Strategy and General Management, Béatrice has been acting as the Global Director of Beauty Tech Services for the L’Oréal Group since 2022. Together with her talented team and a collective of internal and external partners, she is shaping the future of Beauty Experiences with Beauty Tech Services, creating value for the brands, for the consumers and for business partners.About Beauty TechAt L'Oréal, we believe that technology can push the boundaries of what is possible, while improving the lives of our consumers and creating a more personal connection with our brands.
